I’ve been in the pest control industry for over 18 years, serving homes and businesses across Niagara, Hamilton, Haldimand, and beyond — from small storefronts to hospitals, farms, large-scale industrial plants, and Tobacco Manufacturing and Storage. Over that time, I’ve learned what works… and just as importantly, what doesn’t.
I started Exemplar Pest Solutions because I wanted to do things differently. Too often, clients are offered one-size-fits-all treatments, rushed service, or recommendations that don’t reflect their real needs. I believe pest control should be based on facts, not pressure — and every solution should make sense for your particular home or business.

Founded by Dave A., a licensed structural and fumigation specialist, Exemplar brings hands-on field experience and deep industry knowledge to every visit. After nearly two decades in the industry, I realized that real trust is built not through upsells or speed, but through honesty, communication, and results focused on what clients actually need.
